Birth can be hard but raising children is even harder, babies and children change relationships, the dynamics of your life undergo a massive change, work won't look the same you won't look the same. The old formula for happiness won't necessarily work anymore. Amy Taylor-Kabbaz is a woman with a dream to introduce women to the skills that will help them become happy again, in a way that fits with their new role as mothers.
