May 25th, 2016

Episode 132 of 215 episodes

Has your baby been tested for Hip Dysplasia yet? Do you know what it is or what to look for? Hip dysplasia is also sometimes called developmental dysplasia of the hips DDH. The condition effects the ball and socket joint of the hips and that can be due to misalignment or lack of correct growth. Statistics from Western Australia indicated one in every 50 babies was being treated for hip dysplasia, which means a lot of babies and quite a few parents who are likely to be very suddenly concerned about a condition you might have once thought only relevant to dogs!
