A leaked IMF report has caused new problems for the eurozone bailout of Greece the day it is due to go to a vote in the Athens parliament, by in effect claiming the country is insolvent. Presenter Manuela Saragosa gets the latest from the BBC's Tanya Beckett in the Greek capital. Also, as China claims its economy grew 7% in the second quarter of the year, we hear from Mark Boleat, policy chairman at the City of London Corporation, who has just returned from China where he is seeking to help open up the country's financial markets for trading in the Chinese renminbi.
