The Bank of England has warned that uncertainty about Britain's forthcoming referendum on EU membership is the "largest immediate risk" facing global financial markets. Opinion polls are increasingly showing the "leave" campaign ahead in the opinion polls. There was another poll today showing leave ahead by 53 per cent to 47 per cent. So this week, we're hearing at length from a remain supporter, Andrew Simms, of the economics think-tank, the New Weather Institute. We ask him - is Britain really at risk of economic ruin if it votes out?
