The European Union demands more money from some member states after a budget recalculation. The UK - which has been sent a bill for $2.7bn, to be paid within a few weeks - is particularly angry. Struggling Greece has also been asked to pay more, but one of its MEPs is more philosophical. Also, we talk to the boss of Ukraine's national oil and gas company, Naftogaz, for the latest on its supply row with Russia's Gazprom. Plus, shareholders in banana company Chiquita vote against a merger deal with Irish rival Fyffes, which would have created the world's biggest banana firm.
