'Huge rise' in newborns taken into care

There has been a "huge" rise in the number of newborns who are subject to care proceedings in England, according to figures compiled for the first time by Lancaster University. The Today programme's Sanchia Berg speaks to one mother whose baby was taken into care when he was two days old. Karen Goodman, a member of the British Association of Social Workers, discusses the reasons behind this trend.
