Episode 972 of 1744 episodes

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt told Sarah Montague, "I don't say I was responsible for the industrial action." After four years of dispute, and eight days of strikes this year, the government and British Medical Association (BMA) have come to an agreement about new proposals to junior doctors' contracts. According to Mr Hunt the new deal would "bring the cost down of employing extra doctors" in hospitals yet would see basic pay for doctors "go up by 10 or 11%". (Image: Junior doctors strike.
