More than 500 people arrested for leaving their child home alone

A BBC survey of police forces in England & Wales has revealed that there were more than 500 arrests for leaving a child alone in the last year. We brought together family law solicitor Angela Moores and Tim Haines, who was prosecuted for briefly leaving his two-year-old daughter alone in a car, to discuss at what point leaving a child becomes criminal neglect.
