Morgan and Javid on Conservative leadership race

Nominations to be the next leader of the Conservative Party and therefore prime minister open today. Work and Pensions Secretary Stephen Crabb has said he will be a candidate, running on a joint ticket with Business Secretary Sajid Javid, who would become his chancellor.
