The Football Association chairman Greg Dyke has gained Home Office approval for stricter rules over non-EU player work permits but also wants to increase the number of so-called homegrown players in a 25 man squad from 8 to 12 with tougher qualification rules for foreigners applying for homegrown status. Greg Dyke speaks to Rob. Also, do we have enough swimmers in the UK?
