Protestors have again been on the streets of Charlotte, North Carolina, following the police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott, a black man, earlier this week. Yesterday, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a woman police officer was charged with manslaughter over the death of another African-American man. The shootings come at a sensitive time in the presidential campaign, with the first Clinton-Trump debate three days away. Special correspondent James Naughtie reports from the streets of Charlotte.
