WHO 'should declare Zika emergency'

An emergency meeting of the World Health Organization is being held to discuss the "explosive" spread of the Zika virus. The meeting in Geneva will decide whether to declare a global emergency. Katy Watson reports from El Salvador on the spread of the disease and Professor Peter Piot, director of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, gives his analysis of the international response to the virus.
