One thing Finnish people love to do is complain about everyday stuff the weather, politics, taxes, work, etc. Cruise operator Tallink wanted to turn all this negative energy into something good. Since a 22-hour party cruise on a Tallink ship is the best cure for a bad mood, we decided to give people a chance to trade in their worries for a cruise, and thus the Tallink Complaints Booth was born. Hasan, refurbished an old phone booth and placed it smack in the middle of Finland's capital, Helsinki. In the booth and also online, people could complain about what was bothering them. A live operator listened to their problems and if their worries were heavy enough, awarded them with a free cruise. VIEW OUTDOOR
