August 6th marks 70 years since an American B-29 Bomber dropped the world's first atomic bomb on the Japanese city of Hiroshima. It was followed by an era of nuclear testing, notably Maralinga in the South Australian desert. The ongoing legacy of this atomic age is the focus of a three-year art project called Nuclear Futures.
