The Art Gallery of New South Wales exhibition The Photograph and Australia presents historical milestones, from building the new colonies to our earliest Xray pictures. Bringing together old sepia pictures from the 19th century and works from photographers like Max Dupain, Tracy Moffatt and Patrick Pound, the exhibition is a snapshot of how Australia has viewed itself over generations.
