After years of negotiations, the twelve Pacific Rim countries, including Australia, have not signed off on the proposed free trade agreement, the Trans-Pacific Partnership. It promises free trade in countries which make up forty percent of the world's production and a third of the world's trade. We discuss what the TPP means for Australia and the sticking points yet to be resolved.
