The self-described world's largest privately owned regional television network, the WIN Corporation, has pulled out of the peak commercial TV body, Free TV, claiming it's not serving the interests of most of its members. WIN has also recently joined a group of regional TV networks in launching a campaign for media reform, with Seven West media replying with a video of their own. So what is going on?
