May 12, 2010 - For the past year or so, Marvel has been producing and releasing motion comics to the public. These slightly animated adaptations of popular works have been much discussed by fans and discovered by non-fans alike. The latest entry is Iron Man: Extremis, adapting Warren Ellis and Adi Granov's classic story. We spoke with Ruwan Jayatilleke, a VP at Marvel, about Iron Man: Extremis, the various motion comics from Marvel, what the difference between a motion comic and animation is, as well as some speculation over future motion comics from Marvel for Captain America and Thor. If you haven't checked out Iron Man: Extremis, be sure to check out the trailer to episode 3, which was released on May 12.
