Peace talks between warring Libyan political factions resumed in Geneva on Tuesday. The talks hosted by the UN are an attempt to end four years of political and military chaos in Libya. On the same day the prime minister of Libya's internationally recognised government, Abdullah al-Thani, resigned during a live television interview.
