One of my least favorite things about photography is going into the field with new and unfamiliar equipment. It distracts me from the process of seeing and pulls my attention away from the creative process. The problem is that using new equipment is the only way of truly evaluating its potential advantages and disadvantages. You might be interested in . . . This fall, we are offering two immersive experience workshops here in Anacortes, just a couple hours north of Seattle. Brooks will once again teach a hands-on folios and chapbooks workshop scheduled for three full days in mid-October. The following weekend will be a series of 4 half-day seminars modelled after our Road Shows of the last two years. If you missed the Road Show, you can still attend Brooks' seminars on Projects . . .
