My last podcast was on June 8th and my last installment of Kokoro was on Feb 28th. Sometimes daily life just takes priority over our art life. It's tempting to feel stress, or anxiety, or perhaps even guilt about this. But now that I've been practicing an art life for over 45 years, I've come to accept this as part of the normal process. The key is to have a few tools that help get us going again so the fear of permanent stagnation doesn't overpower us.
