For many years English teacher David Menasche taught at a Miami high school but after being diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour he decided to travel across America to see what had happened to the lives of his ex-students since they'd left his classroom. Indigenous business woman Rayleen Brown is the co-founder and owner of Kungkas Can Cook, a catering company based in Alice Springs that specialises in bush foods collected straight from country. Plus urban beekeeper and self-described "beevangelist" Doug Purdie.
