Somer Sivrioglu is a chef, restaurateur and passionate advocate for Anatolian food. In Sydney he is known for his restaurant Efendy where he cooks traditional and modern Turkish cuisine. He and David Dale travelled to Anatolia to explore the cooking culture of that 8000 year old land. Their new book is called "Anatolia" (March 2015).
