She retells stories in her own words, revealing the ways people fictionalize or mythologize imagined or real events through their own accounts. Born in Liverpool, Fiona Banner studied fine art at Kingston Polytechnic, and completed an MA at Goldsmiths College in London. This conversation is moderated by Connie Butler, Robert Lehman Foundation Chief Curator, Department of Drawings, The Museum of Modern Art.
