On PM: The Federal Environment Minister approves the construction of the nation's largest coal mine by the Indian mining giant Adani in Queensland's Galilee Basin. And the Federal Government is considering a legal amendment that would allow Australian police to pursue cases involving the killing of Australians overseas where it's considered foreign authorities have failed to properly investigate them.
