The FBI has no plans to tell Apple how it unlocked the iPhone of one of the San Bernadino California mass murderers. According to the Wall Street Journal's Devlin Barrett, the FBI says it doesn't have to tell Apple, because the bureau doesn't know how the phone-hacking tool works.
