A survey by the National Retail Federation finds more Americans plan to celebrate today, July 4th. The NRF's Ana Serefin Smith says that works out to around 214 million people, up around one and a half percent from last year. On average, they're seen spending around the same amount as a year ago on barbecues and picnics.
