Patti Smith talks about her new memoir M Train on the 40th anniversary of her hugely celebrated 1975 album, Horses. We hear from Claire Throssell whose two young sons aged 12 and 9 died as a result of a house-fire started deliberately by their father in which he died. Dr Elizabeth Yardley, director of the Centre for Applied Criminology at Birmingham City University, explains how rare these tragic cases are.
